Delivery confidence fell after the integration milestone moved nine days. Two queue incidents and an API migration commitment now overlap the renewal window.

Payments API retirement is not decision-ready

Dependency resolution identified four customer configurations. The current proposal does not yet account for two contractual notice obligations.

Reliability pattern is now supported across three events

Queue saturation followed the same workload signature and deployment sequence in each incident. The evidence supports investigation, not yet a causal conclusion.
